you need to understand, weight loss is something that my family has always struggled with because of medical reasons. for the past year i have had severe pains mainly in my arms and back. after starting year 11 off badly and not being able to keep up at school, i fully went to the doctors and have many tests done. i got a CT scan done, it is showed everything to be fine. my GP sent me to a rheumatologist, he tested my reflects and other things. i then got more blood tests done to rule out other disorders/diseases, and we’ve come to the conclusion that i have fibromyalgia which is pretty scary, annoying, sad, painful.
as part of getting better at coping with it, because it isn’t something that you can take a drug for and get rid of. we’ve designed a sort of routine.
- healthy diet: which i do already.
- exercise daily: the endorphins from exercise help reduce pain plus muscle and a healthy weight also helps.
- school work: i mostly use the computer for everything but japanese and maths.
